"I am at my wits end with this company after several years of terrible service but recently seems to be even worse!!! They have been charging me hundreds of dollars every month for the past 6 months and blew my concerns off of a gas leak and made excuses such as my tank was empty etc. Low and behold our stove gas line was leaking into my house and they finally sent a tech out who knew what he was doing. I asked if I could get my $400+ bill lowered sense my concerns weren't addressed the first two times I called. I did not receive a call back for over a week and received a bill of $130 something in the mail assuming it was my adjusted bill so I paid it and now I have an additional $400 bill that I just received stating I am 60 days DQ! On top of that our hot water heater broke on us, when I called BlueStar they quoted me $1,200 for a tank heater and $1,700 for a tank less and stated it would take a minimum of 3 hours to replace our old tank water heater. We picked a tanked water heater up for $800 at homedepot and my husband had it installed within an hour! Rip offs! We are looking at other options for our propane needs!!"
