"Where to begin? Never in my life have I been more impressed with a store, their staff, their general manager, and the electric feel as you cross through the threshold. I entered this Tecovas tonight unaware my life would be changed for the better forever. All loss and negatively of my childhood traumas left my soul, and I was at peace. My friend and I were welcomed by the Tecova’steam consisting of Jeffrey, Maddie, and Cat. Please ensure to know it is Cat with a C and not a K. One should never disrespect a queen even if unintentionally. My sweet Jeffrey. This wonderful man stormed to the back multiple times for me to ensure I secured the perfect pair of boots. He was courteous, professional, and a joy to be around. We sealed our friendship via a friendship bracelet I will cherish for eternity. I wish him the best in all of his career endeavors, and I have no doubt he will be such a big time player in life one day it will make Elon Musk look like the homeless man on Beale St. The General Manager. Maddie. Wow. Her personality is infectious, and you’re welcomed with a giant smile as soon as you look the store’s way. She immediately ensured we were helped. We watched as she charged towards every customer’s needs and fulfilled their wildest dreams with A+ customer service. She is a leader of men, women, extraterrestrials, and anything else you can think of. What a phenomenal person and manager she is. While Cat is listed last here, it’s merely because I needed the time to compose myself and the pure emotion from our interactions. None of these individuals shines brighter than the other, and they combine together to form a team greater than the Avengers. Stellar service. Cat’s highlights were on point. We had custom branding completed by her. While the heat from the blowtorch was hotter than the sun, she was cooler than the other side of the pillow.
