"Sales people at this Chicos are always extremely helpful"
"Sales Associate Lauren Kramer is amazing. It was my 62nd birthday during Thanksgiving and she helped me choose the best wardrobe to wear to my business work as well as out on the town for fun. Please see Lauren when you visit Chico’s at Farmington. She is great at helping you be you!!"
"I couldn’t have had a better experience in the Saddle Creek store. Had read some reviews that almost deterred me from going but I took a chance. So glad that I did. Genuine Southern Hospitality!!!! Thank you employees for proving the naysayers wrong!"
"I must have been young, too brown or too casual...or perhaps too Mexican-American, LatinX. Either way, I deserved no greeting or customer service in general. I just as well not have been there at all. And after spending more than $150 they gave me a tiny bag for my poorly folded items and told me they were out of large bags...when I could see them behind the counter on the other side. The associate (two of them and just myself at the Germantown store at the time) did ask me if I shop with them in a certain tone and then went quiet when I paid with my AmEx Platinum. I’m disgusted with the whole experience and will not return. I hate that I needed the quick items for the next day. I am empathetic of retail workers, especially right now, but I was absolutely discriminated against and I am not having it today."
"Worst retail experience of my life. I was unable to make a return due to stores being shutdown due to COVID-19. I was shopping for a gift for my mother in law, therefore I did not meet the profile/image of the average Chico’s customer. For this I was treated with the utmost disrespect. I was unable to exchange my items and was told to take over $300 worth of items to the Salvation Army. The employee repeatedly apologized to the customer behind me for me being an inconvenience to her. (The items that I wished to return were currently in season and still on shelves). The employee needs to reconsider her career path in customer service."
