"Full disclosure: the restaurant was hosting a funeral luncheon at the same time we were there. We had a disappointing birthday lunch for my father here on a Saturday. The service was SO subpar. It took a solid 20 minutes to get drinks (water, tea, cokes) and we had been there almost 45 minutes before we got the chance to flag the waitress down to order. Two orders were messed up. The manager was not happy with our server because a salad came with the wrong dressing and she said she would go get a new one, but after a 10 minute wait we had to flag down our server again to get the correct salad dressing. I think management really needs to work on staffing. They clearly knew this large party was going to be there. The food was good but not great."

"Family visited from Mexico and we decided to take them here to eat since we often order takeout from here. The food was good, but the server that "took care" of us was not. Seems like she was profiling us, thinking that maybe we were not going to tip her because my family was speaking Spanish. Whenever we asked anything she seemed condescending and annoyed. She never checked on us, but she did check on other tables around us. And when we left, she acknowledged and waived goodbye to the party in from of us, but ignored us as we were walking out. She completely ruined our experience. I wish servers would understand that tips come from their attitude and attention to the customer."

"My Dad used to buy whole pizzas for HIMSELF from the founder at the original location (Just Outside The Gate @TravisAFB)! When I was a little kid I used to call Pietro’s son Joe Pizza. Since then even HIS SONS have become extended members of our family. Seems like we all LOVE great food and race cars! If you have NOT eaten here you are missing some winners: Steak Sandwich Sausage Sandwich Pizza Meatballs …and the list goes on and on…"

"It was early Christmas Eve. The bartender let us know that although it was early she was gonna be leaving soon. The waitress gave good service. The bartender had a bad attitude. Given the price of the pizza, I would think you'd get great service from everyone. Not the case though. We didn't even order alcoholic beverages just she let us know what a hassle it would be for her."

"We came in just before closing, and they didn't bat an eye. The pizza was fantastic and was loaded with fresh veggies. Kelsey was our server, and she was super friendly and on top of everything. We will come back soon. Loved it."
