"Alchemy is an essential encounter for one's taste buds! An absolutely lovely converted Victorian with a distinguished ambiance and atmosphere. The staff were attentive, informed, and kind. Drinks: An Old Fashion prepared to absolute perfection, and the Pinot Noir... subtle and sophisticated layers of tobacco, espresso, cloves, and dark chocolate. Yum! Starters: ARTISAN LOCAL BREAD kalamata olive loaf | seeded loaf | baguette | sourdough | trio of house-made butters The kalamata olive loaf was the most impressive. The bone marrow infused butter was epic! Main: DRY-AGED RIBEYE STEAK bone marrow butter | Rogue Valley grower’s market vegetables | truffle red wine jus The ribeye was equisitly prepared and seasoned, and served with an equally well flavored bowl of petite brussel sprouts. Mouth watering is an understatement. Dessert: Blueberry Panna Cotta. A delicious, fluffy, cat/bunny shaped panna cotta served with a superbly balanced blueberry sauce, fresh blueberries, raspberries, and airy white chocolate bits. If you are ever in Ashland, you must experience Alchemy! *****"

"Wow! Elegantly presented deliciousness. I enjoyed my guilty pleasure of Bagna càuda with toasted sourdough - and went to heaven! My darlin was served exquisite scallops, perfectly cooked (Gordon Ramsay eat your heart out) along with grilled halibut while I had the medium ribeye with marrow butter - it was all good. The Caesar salad was fresh & cold with crunchy garlic croutons. We usually eat dinner at the caberet when we go to a show but never again - Alchemy is it from now on. Pricey but so worth it!"

"What an absolutely unexpected delight, we loved this restaurant! I had been meaning to eat here my last several visits to Ashland and finally made a reso in time. Service was attentive, friendly and just the right jokes. We got the diver scallop special and holy cow it was amazing! If its in season when you visit GET IT. My cocktail was the “Are you Figgin me?” And it was well balanced and exactly what I was hoping for! I definitely recommend this gem when in the area."
