"Happy Bowl makes for a happy mouth, belly, and soul. The pho is exceptional. The eggplant is my newest favorite food. It is succulent and a little spicy. My mouth is watering writing about it. Service is quick and the place is super popular and busy. The proprietors are kind and friendly. Fried rice with tender chicken is my kiddo's favorite."

"They have remodeled the place and it looks nice. The wall that used to be open is closed up. Lots of lightning and two tvs. Looks bigger, same great food!"

"My husband and I stopped in here after reading the amazing reviews and we have to agree that this place is absolutely delicious! I had the Shrimp Pho, my husband had the Combination Pho, and we shared an order of Shrimp Spring Rolls. Everything was scrumptious! The broth in the Pho is particularly tasty. The portions were well above expectations too, my pho had a decent amount of shrimp for the price. My only suggestion to them is that we choose to dine in at the establishment and it was absolutely silent in the place. I see that they have some speakers mounted on the ceiling, so playing a little music might help set the mood and make it less awkward for the people who choose to dine in. To be fair it seemed like most of the orders this place was dealing with were to-go orders from the college kids up the road, so they may not get many people dining in."

"This place came highly recommended and did not disappoint on our first visit. The "House Special Rice" (beef, chicken and shrimp) was the best I've had in Oregon. The "Seafood PHO" was phenomenal. Will definitely be returning."
