"The McDonald's on Biddle Rd is quite possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever encountered. They should be investigated and shut down until they can run a business correctly. It's a shame because the location is ideal. If you enjoy fresh food, value your time, like a clean atmosphere, want to get what you order, and want to be treated kindly, avoid this place at all costs. Always issues here and the homeless population are on permanent rotation in the drive-thru begging for your money and food. Take the drive across town to the Barnett Rd McDonald's where they actually care about their customers. They are always better than this dumpster fire in every way."

"After visiting McDonalds I remind myself why I may only go to a McDonalds once a year. The employee taking our order was nice & helpful. Food took over 25 minutes to get to us (we dined in). I guess the drive up & pickup orders are more important than dine in."

"Normally when I pick up from here I don’t have an issue. However when I did a mobile pick up usually the first window they just tell you to move forward-no issues. Well this team member had her back to me the entire time, i usually just wave to make sure they don’t think I’m not gonna pay. I moved ti the 2nd window and the this team member said to pull up front and I asked where. He said wherever, wouldn’t it be better to tell me a number so the runners can know and save time? Ok, well it seemed like the only one who cared one this one team member his name is Alexander (I think) and he seemed genuinely the only one to be a hard worker. Not sure if the manager will ever read this but you have an awesome worker bee in your mix."

"Dismiss McDonald's with the worst results. I have been at the lady's extremely rude. We waited in the drive through our through 2 drinks for over 10 minutes. When I took them in because they were wrong. She didn't give me an attitude and gave them to me. And they were still wrong. I recommend this location to no one. I'm very unsatisfied and I want to quite honest with you. I will never visit a McDonald's in the in the town again. Every time I do it, it's not. It's not right and I get an attitude."
