"The food is alright but you can tell it's not made with love. It's also way overpriced. There doesn't appear to be an app, and they don't employ DoorDash. I think they would do better if they did. Everyone was so excited for it to open. Now there's hardly anyone ever there."

"The food was alright. Ton of meat, but was too greasy. Tried the new ""waygu" beef burger, tasted similar to an in and out burger but more messy."

"My family and I dropped in to grab a quick dinner after shopping. There's nothing more frustrating than to be ignored by staff when waiting for your order. When several minutes passed, I went back up to the counter to see what had happened to my order. My family had already gotten their order and was waiting for me to get my order. I stood at the counter for several minutes while two employees walked past me several times and never acknowledged me. I finally spoke up and said, "Excuse me what happened to my order." While the food at my table was getting cold. It was only then that they got the rest of my order for me. A simple "I'll be with you" in a moment or some kind of acknowledgment would have gone a long way."

"I have always enjoyed coming here. Today however it was not good. The counter person got several things wrong on our order after repeating the order to her several times. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. If it was busy, that would be understandable. However there were not many people in the loby or drive through. Our fries and sandwiches were lukewarm. My daughters sandwiche had hair in it. Loby items were not stocked. It was clean for the most part. A few tables needed to ne wiped down, but it wasn't bad. UPDATE: Changed from 2 stars to 1. It looks like my son has food poisoning."

"Arby's is the best - 2 for $7 and they're great. I need to remember Arby's more often. Also the Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce goes great with almost anything."
