"Do not get the clam chowder. Not only is there no clams, there is no potatoes, onion, or anything but this jelly like white substance. I spent almost $11 for 3 small pieces of garlic bread, which had no garlic. I left without eating the soup, and I was really hungry."

"Best soups within 100 miles! Lots of choices and every single one was super delicious! Sandwiches & wraps are awesome too with really fresh bread. Owner Linda is clearly doing lots of things right as she’s been in business for 34 years in this same location! Definitely worth going out of your way for lunch if you’re anywhere near Yreka!"

"Pleasant, clean cafe with a wide variety of soups, salads, sandwiches and wraps. Chicken noodle soup had a hearty broth and lots of goodies. The Mexican chicken was rich and wonderfully seasoned. The vegetarian wrap was a delicious salad in a tortilla. The staff was friendly and fast. Would stop there again and again."

"Fast service, and a good selection of vegetarian options. Hubby and I had the Garden Burgers. Good fresh brewed iced tea, also. Quaint decor. We got there in time for an early lunch, and it wasn't busy. We will be going back the next time we are in Yreka."
