"Don't go here if you care anything about yourself or your loved ones. My sister is a beautiful, sweet, sensitive and AUTISTIC adult. She's kind and soft spoken and has a wonderful disposition. She has a difficult time speaking up for herself. This dentist office berated her, showed anger toward her and MADE HER CRY and accused her of being "obsessive" because of their own incompetence. Had anyone been with her they would not have acted this way. They clearly saw they could get away with being cruel. Her temporary tooth was WAY darker than her other teeth and was a front tooth so it was very noticeable and she didn't even complain until it broke and fell out the second day she had it so she HAD to go back and get it fixed. The assistant slammed drawers and showed an unsavory attitude about having to redo it. Makes me sick.Then she has been in EXTREME pain with this temporary for 2 weeks and went back because she could feel sharpness scraping her tongue at the back of it. After the dentist accused her of being "obsessive" and for "being there everyday" which is ridiculous, he also told her she wasn't supposed to touch it with her tongue, which is insane, he pulled bone shards out of her gumline where they had been left by him and his incompetent staff. Shame on all of you! You all are the problem. I hope you feel fortunate that I wasn't there with her today."
