"My review may change but currently I'm very unhappy. My husband was approved for care credit and had several teeth pulled in office then because of complications he was sent to an oral surgeon for surgical extractions. He was fitted for dentures in late spring. He has returned to the office multiple times with complaints about the fit and inability to chew food. Dr Tran fit him for "soft liner" and made many adjustments. My husband was told by Dr Tran "it takes baby steps, lots of practice, have to get use to them" its now November, so he goes back for dentures to be sent off to lab for final dentures (still unable to chew properly) and Dr Tran has him smile and looks again and says "no those aren't working".... "We will see if the lab can adjust" Now let me be clear.... Dr Tran adjusted the dentures MULTIPLE times, she "looked at them" and "checked his bite" each time. Now the lab can't adjust them. In order for him to have proper fitting dentures it will cost more for a new set. I'm waiting to see if this will be resolved as it should not cost anything!!! Services were not rendered as promised and the denture fitting process is still incomplete and can't be completed due to the improper fit."
