"Brought in an aluminum screen that just needed the corner to be tightened up, and there wasn't a thing in the world wrong with it. Reception said they wouldn't need to replace the screen, but when I picked it up I was presented with a fiber glass screen which isn't nearly as durable. Owner then barked that aluminum was too much work, and bends. The lesson to be learned from this place is always get a work order in writing before having anything done with them regardless how small the task is."
