"I use to go to this location because McDonald's next door was so crowded after tonight visit I will be waiting in McDonald's line for a decent hamburger. I ordered the Whopper 5 buck meal which includes a double hamburger, fries ,4 nuggets and a drink. What I got was garbage. See below! I was given the "complainer" special because I spoke up about my food being cold. The drive thru employee had all the mouth while the manager set back and said nothing. I will never visit this location again. UPDATED: I was contacted by a customer service rep the next morning she was very apologetic and she addressed my issues and refunded my money. It was never about money, it's more about respect and the way you treat your customers."
