"Made an appointment for them to come to the house and give us an estimate. They showed up four and a half hours late and only after a complaining phone call and a personal visit to the office. We were told that we would receive the written estimate in a couple of days. It's been almost two weeks and still no estimate or communication of any kind from them. Went to the office on september 15th 2023, at 0907 hours to make an inquiry only to find that it was closed, contrary to their advertised hours of operation. Not sure what's changed but nothing about this business is right anymore."

"I am delighted with the wood stove from Chimney Kraft. Of all the wood stoves since my childhood here in Del Norte County, including the old electric range with the wood burner on the side (every home had one in the 40s & 50s) I have never had such a nice wood stove. Better than that was the professional installation and service from the store. They showed up on the days and times they said they would. They provided excellent service in the store as well as during the installation. They stand behind their products. At all times they were friendly, helpful and polite. All technicians were well trained and competent in their jobs. Small family run stores are becoming more and more rare in our society. I recommend community support for this small business. They are doing an excellent service for our county and add much to our community."
