"There customer service is so unprofessional. The workers scam people out there money and they can’t even put a refund back on to your debit card. They don’t care about the customers needs and they are so lazy when it comes to helping you out. It’s like they are mad at you for asking them to find you a pair of shoes in your size."

"I went in to this store in Eureka, with the intention of buying 2 pairs of top brand basketball shoes, 2 pairs of extra shoes for outdoor street ball, socks, leggings, and tote bags for my kids. We did 2 laps around the store and no one offered to help us and so we finally just stood at the wall of Jordans. My son finally went over and asked the guy to help us. He said they were out of the shoe we wanted. He walked away and didn't even try to sell us anything else. I was willing to buy hundreds of dollars in merchandise, but the guy was too busy trying to flirt with a girl standing in line who was obviously out of his league. I walked out. I guess he didn't want commission that day. I will be buying directly from the brand's website at this point. You lost a family of customers."
