"They got rid of a human at the register. I guess they don't want my business. They removed the playground, they don't want my kid there too. I'm sorry paying your staff a living wage is killing your business. Fire or demote from the top down to fix your business problems. Or better yet, unionize your staff. It will improve everything about this place. I won't be returning to this establishment as long as it is run by the current owner(s)."
"The food was fine. I very much resented being confronted with three home-made signs that blocked the registers, urging us to use the ordering kiosks instead of ordering from employees. The kiosks are a pain in the butt to use, and probably unsanitary. This latest attempt to avoid paying employees is ridiculous. When we needed something, there was nobody at the front and we had to wait around for someone in the kitchen to notice us. Very poor service!"
