"The teppanyaki side is pretty decent. We had a lage group of 10. I felt our food was a little overcooked. Service was slow getting drinks. The atmosphere is great & the "show" is funny and exciting. It's definitely a fun thing to do for special dinners with friends and family. Wednesday is half of the bottles of wine!"

"Great service and atmosphere. Me and my friend meet here atleast 1x a year. The sushi is amazing, they have a good variety of drink options. I have never tried their Italian food, but it looks yummy. Thanks for awesome service and great views of Humboldt Bay and the Marina."

"I came around 5 pm when there were very few people in the restaurant. All of a sudden there was a line behind me to sign in. Once someone came up to take me (took a while, hostess busy on the phone taking an order). I was seated immediately. Waiter took my order and was kind. She got the tamari sauce for me because I can't take gluten. I ordered the Bayfront sampler which came with sunomono salad which I asked to add tako(octopus), That was delicious it comes with a semi-sweet vinaigrette. Right as I finished that she came with my sushi order of 7 pieces 4 kinds of nigiri and a California roll with shrimp instead of crab. These were tasty as well. Only thing she missed was the pint of cider I requested. I brought it up when I was checked in with near the end of my meal, she took it off my order."

"My partner isn't much of a seafood lover, and I just love sushi, so this restaurant has the best of both worlds. We wanted to go for the Teppanyaki but didn't know we had to make reservations beforehand for that experience. From the sounds of it, the people who were a bit smarter than us had a great time. We were able to watch the sunset from the table we were given. The food (both the fish and the chicken) and service were amazing ."
