"NIGHTMARE. Bought a “certified select” Lexus with no wrecks on the CARFAX. The salesperson “Ariana” sent me a video of the car saying “the GM drove this car for awhile, so it’s actually in REALLY GOOD condition” and it wasn’t even close to that description! The car had noticeable dents in about 5 spots on the car. The car had “bondo” (body filler) all over it as well as over spray from a paint job that looked like it was done with a spray can. There was literally spray paint all over the windshield wipers. I sent them $9500 down payment and when I reached out about the damage and told Ariana I would not be accepting this car she responded “I’m not aware of a return policy”. This blew my mind as the hold message literally says “we say yes to NO QUESTION RETURNS” and the website clearly states “4 day, 200 miles” return policy. This caused me great stress and worry. They are SNAKES, aside from Steve Horlander who finally reached out and apologized for how i was treated. He got me my refund after I had already sent the car back and had it back on their lot 4 days after I received the LEMON. I’m still out $700 for that. It was insane to me that a big Nissan dealership could ever try to con someone like this. RUN in the other direction. The sales people are liars and con men and I hope nobody has to go thru what I did in dealing with these horrible humans. Good luck."
