"I went in yesterday because I had been coloring my hair with boxed color for years and wanted to change the color back to my original hair color and cut it after growing it super long. The lady that I saw I believe her name was Brandi? She was great and did her best to get the boxed color out of my hair and give me the look that I wanted. "When they first opened I had gone for 3 or 4 years with no complaints but ever since then everytime I call they can't locate me by name or phone number for several minutes, I show up for my appointment and it's under wrong names and there is confusion everytime who is suppose to cut my hair. Last time they didn't even ask what kind of cut I wanted, no offer to wash or dry of fix it but still paid over 40 for a haircut that was totally uneven. I'm too terrified to return to have them fix it and will not be returning."

"Not very happy with the way my daughter was treated today. She always wanted to go to JCP Salon to get her hair done but it was such a drive for us she hadn't been in a while. We went today and no other customers were there not even in the chairs and we were told we would have to wait nearly 3 hours for her to get a haircut. We could here the workers in the back talking but not working. Needless to say we will never be back."

"If there was a 0 star option i would have chosen it. Keep in mind there was absolutely no one in the salon. I came in for a simple haircut and the rude young lady with the rainbow colored hair basically didn’t want to service me by saying it would have to be about 5. At the time it was 2:30! It was absolutely ridiculous and i used to recommend this salon to everyone but i guess all the kind, genuine workers moved on and the poor salon was left with these so called “stylist”. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!"
