"Came in sort of late-ish and got a deluxe pedicure with Jenny and she did great!! I asked for one of my nails to be fixed after it was already painted-I wanted an overlay (and I felt really bad about it for not noticing sooner/asking after she had already started painting, but she was very kind about it and ended up doing it and not even charging me. I got gel D&S 136 and this may be my new favorite color."

"I’m rewriting this review to express the poor services received on 11/20. I came in for a manicure and was taken care by Jenny. The service was rushed. She did not even put cuticle oil around my nails. She was aggressive with the nail drill to where it cut some of my skin. When drying my nails, she never came back to check if they were dry enough. I did pay and tip. Since my nails were not dry enough I did have an accident before I got into my car. I walked back in and asked if it could be fixed. I was not asking for a refund. I only wanted them to fix one nail since it was smudged. The woman who fixed my nail showed that she was annoyed and instead of re-doing the nail, she just put another coat on top and did not bother to dry it. I said thank you and received an eye roll. There are only a few workers who are professional here, and then there are some who may need training on customer service. Will not be back again, and it’s so frustrating since I’ve had amazing experience in the past visits with Johnny and Mike. ———————————————————————— They are friendly and finish in a timely manner. "Nails Pro has been amazing both times I’ve visited! Call ahead, got same day appointment. First time, I got a pedicure! It was GREAT! The second time, I got dip and Jennifer was so so good. Had a good conversation, gave me exactly what I wanted from the inspo pic and I was in and out of there in a timely manner! Already pre booked my next appt with her!"
