"My first haircut experience was disappointing and infuriating. My child got sick and had a fever due to the hairdresser's negligence! Although the barber was very precise, the whole process took nearly an hour, which was a bit different from what I expected. In addition, the child’s clothes, pants and the inside of his body were covered with broken hair. It was very uncomfortable to wash his hair, the foamy water got into his ears, and the clothes on his whole back were soaked. Despite blow drying, the clothes were still damp and it was infuriating to come home with wet clothes this winter. The hairdresser was young so she had no idea children were so vulnerable! She didn‘t even say sorry, she thought it didn’t matter! For a total of $38 the experience made me question the value, this is not a good place for kids to get their hair cut.I’m so angry that my child couldn‘t sleep well at night and woke up in the morning saying it was cold, yes. He has a fever. 99.1! So terrible !"
