"I asked them to cut two inches of my hair, she cut more like 6 inches, she had suggested that before she cut my hair I said no just two inches but she did as she wished. My sister got her eyebrows waxed after my hair cut and she also didn’t listen to what she had to say, my sister said thin and arched. Lady said ok thanks for letting me know, after she waxed my sister eyebrows she told her once again she wanted thin eyebrows and the lady said she’s trying to make them pretty not “ugly”. I will not be going here again they can’t listen to what the paying customers ask for."
