"Prices have gone up 3 times over the last 3-4 months. And now they don’t even list them. So it’s a surprise what you pay each time you go in. The hair cut was mediocre. Not bad. I paid $18 last month for a men’s haircut and this month I paid $20. Quality is far from a barber shop. Just wish I knew what I was paying before I make the appointment. I can pay another $5-$10 and go to a barber and get a full service haircut, shoulder massage, razor neck shave and quality cut."

"I grow my hair out and donate it to Wigs 4 Kids. A friend of mine told me that great clips offers free haircuts to those who donate to them. I was charged full price which isn't a big deal but the majority of my hair was left on the floor and not going to some kid that needs it. I feel like the last four years was a waste."
