"I came in on Labor Day and was assisted by Jason. He was friendly and helpful. I needed layers cut and he did just that."
"Love Great clips , only issue , not enough help & they don't do eyebrows but All I'm All I've personally have not had a bad experience"
"Nicole at the Hermitage, TN Great Clips hair shop is the BEST! She is most professional, friendly and does an EXELLENT JOB cutting my hair. She's the BEST so please pay her well so she'll stay because she is your best ASSET!"
"This location was my go-to place for several years, and I had several stylists during that time who did a great job listening to me and giving me great cuts at reasonable prices. But over time, the staff and service have changed, and I just don't trust the results anymore. It's become a dice roll, and there's one stylist I have to refuse consistently now if I'm unlucky enough to have her pull my ticket. (And now that I've found a new place for cuts, I'm unlikely to return to this Great Clips location.) What's the big deal, you might wonder? Not only has this particular stylist taken far more hair than specifically instructed--inches when told to take no more than 1/2 an inch--but she's also neglected her equipment. The last time I made the mistake of allowing her to cut my hair, she took the clippers to my neck like I've never had done. It burned. It burned all the way home. I finally used a handheld mirror to get a look at the damage and discovered a hard red line carved into my neck at the base of my skull and little pinpricks of blood looking like a Stephen King connect-the-dots puzzle. Everyone deserves to be able to earn a living, but you're past your prime when you start injuring the customers, and it falls to management to either elevate your performance or show you the door. Sadly, I see this as just another business in decline. Standards are falling everywhere, but that doesn't mean we should settle."
