"This was my first time at this salon and I had very high hopes and expectations due to the pricing. I was ultimately unhappy with how my hair turned out but my stylist was not willing to fix it, only at the cost of an extra $100.00. Unfortunately, if you are unhappy with your hair even as a new client, this salon is going to charge you and and does not value a happy and returning client instead. I have been getting my hair done for over 10 years and I have never left the salon not only unhappy with my hair, but also I have never heard of a salon who is only willing to fix your hair at a high cost. I will not be back and highly don’t recommend this place."
