"Very nice and relaxing. I followed a nail tech, Tan, from a different nail salon. One small problem is the hot water stopped working so the pedi water wasn’t warm but it wasn’t too cold either. I will definitely be back!"

"I chose this salon based on other reviews, and specifically I also requested the nail tech Jasmine since she was mentioned a few times by customers who had left 5-star reviews. I’ve been there twice now and have had a wonderful experience both times! The decor is a bit dark inside (no windows), but that’s more than made up for by the quality of service. I got gel builder manicures for the first time (and then a filler session), and Jasmine did them absolutely perfectly. She even recommended (and executed) the prettiest yet simple ‘fashion’ nail art on one finger as I wanted something special besides the plain color. I’ve never been completely satisfied with a manicure since I’m a perfectionist about shape and consistency - with these manicures I am very satisfied!! Plus, the massage chairs for pedicures were delightful - always a plus. The other ladies I’ve seen have their nails done by other techs also had beautiful, well-done nails. You probably can’t go wrong with any of the techs! I will keep coming back :)"

"Made an appointment here for my sister to get her nails done for prom. The technician was super helpful with picking out a design & colors to match her dress. She took her time, and checked at every step to make sure my sister was comfortable with the look of the nails. The shop as a whole was a very relaxing environment. Definitely recommend."

"The physical space is great; and I live in the neighborhood so I really wanted this place to be great! However, after multiple attempts, every experience been mediocre at best. The first really bad experience was my wedding week when they completely lost my reservation for my bridal party, family and myself. I didn’t have my toes done for my own wedding because they didn’t book the appointment though I called and confirmed twice. They rushed us through and said they were closing and didn’t have time to do mine (the bride) After a few months, I went back and took a friend. It was so bad… pictures attached are from immediately after our service. Forgot to trim toes on my friend’s feet, and they were so rushed they didn’t cure our gel coats. Paint Spilled over onto cuticles. I’ve probably been 7+ times over the last 3 years; hoping it would get better but I always leave frustrated that I spent the time and money."

"I followed my nail tech Jasmine here from her old spot and WOW this salon is so nice! I always get a gel pedi and dip nails. The pedicure area is super nice and relaxing and they have very awesome massage chairs. My nail tech Jasmine is literally the best nail tech I’ve found ever!! She pays great attention to detail always, she’s extremely creative and has great taste. Sometimes I tell her what colors I’m feeling and she picks the perfect shade for my skin tone and she works her magic!! I attached the nails she just did today along with some of her other work. She is the best ever!"
