"i normally come here all the time and the dark haired lady does my eyebrows & does an AMAZING job!!! but this specific time there was another lady there & im not a fan of my brows at all!! my brows are naturally super full and thick but i noticed when i was getting them done it hurted a little more then previous visits. this is probably because she was removing UNESSECARY hair. my eyebrows are UNEVEN and THIN.. i don’t recommend going to the blonde haired lady."

"I have been going to get my eyed one here for years! I have the same lady do it every time . I have only had an issue 1 time and that was years ago . And it was someone else who did my brows that messed them up. I waited for them to grow back out , then had my Original lady do them. Now I refuse to get them done if she is not there . I’ll go an extra week if she is not there to do them. I’ve tried the Opry Mills mall location also, and I was not happy with them."

"I went in to have my eyebrows, lip and chin threaded as a rotating service between laser hair removal treatments. The last time I came in, they made my eyebrows much thinner than I liked, so I didn’t come in for a long time. I was sure to fill in my eyebrows, this time, before going in to ensure they would not go thinner. As always, they are very fast with their service which is always nice, and they are very affordable; $25 for all three services. I am pleased with my eyebrows but have noticed some hairs on my lip and chin were missed. In some ways, it also appears that the thread removed the hair by cutting rather than pulling from the root. I do think if a light were used on the face and a small fan, to keep from sweating (as I could feel myself sweating a little which could contribute to the aforementioned items) then those would not be missed, but I do have very light facial hair. I also did not feel my face before leaving and should have so I could get it corrected. Overall, I am pleased and will return, remembering to be more communicative and check my face before leaving. (She did give me a mirror, I was just hasty). The photos are before and after, though a little out of order."

"My wife has been here on several occasions due to convenience and time. They changed the women they had doing the threading. Since they have changed them it has been on and off as far as quality. Today she went in and while getting the threading done, The ladies began arguing. My wife was the innocent bystander who in the end fell Victim. One side looks decent... The other side looks like the lady had a stroke while threading. If You can find a place besides this place... PLEASE GO THERE! Otherwise I will be reading Your one star review.
