"Due to an accident, my vehicle was towed to one lot and they wouldn't allow me to retrieve my personal things without paying an outrageous amount. I made a call to my insurance company and they arranged for my vehicle to be towed, was supposed to be towed to my house but it went to Copart instead. I called to ask about my personal belongings and I was told, I could get my things but the insurance arranged for it to be towed back to my house and now I find that someone went through my suff. Worst company ever. Dishonest!"

Semi Trucks shouldn’t be in the same area with the single or two car haulers.While the yard driver maneuver between Cluttered parked vehicles."
