"This place is so ghetto to be in such a great mall. The little lady who is in charge is so ratchet. She was yelling at other employees because there was no clean towels. The salon is nasty and unsanitary. Every time I asked for a certain shape and design they kept saying “we no do that here” they could only do what they were comfortable with. I truly believe this salon should be placed in the hood somewhere and banned out of the mall. Like I told them I’m paying for what I want not what you are comfortable with doing. Please remove this place out of Opry Mills mall it’s a bad look. Thank ya!"

"I had my finger cut open with a drill tool so deep it was bleeding a bit. He was using the tools recklessly to the point it hurt. I asked for french tip and showed a picture he said he could do it. He did not give me what I asked for at all. I asked him why and he said because it was harder and cost more. He should’ve just told me he couldn’t do it instead of wasting my time. When I asked for the break down on the cost at the end because it was higher than usual he replied with he never overcharges his customers. I will never go back here again."

"The technicians are very friendly and accommoding. There were 3 of us getting pedicures, full sets,manicures, and a fill. Even though it was Sunday, and we may run past closing time, they were very welcoming and never hurried our services. Highly recommend the shop!"

"Do not go here. Everyone there seems like they don’t know how to do nails. As this rude lady was doing my nails a customer behind them was complaining about their nails. The lady doing my nails couldn’t take off the gel polish completely so she started to cut my nails on the SIDES. When I saw her do it I immediately told her to please not cut my nails on the side. She then painted over my previous dark green nail polish and I can still see the green polish after she painted my nails another color. My nails had bumps after them being painted and she didn’t paint close to my skin so you can see parts without polish. She also made me get up and pay for my manicure before she even started. (Seem like she knew already that her work wouldn’t be good.) I could’ve painted my nails better. $30 down the drain for regular nail polish not even gel."
