"Four years ago, my experience with the service was quite pleasant. However, I have noticed a decline in the quality recently. The staff's communication has become inadequate, not solely due to a language barrier. When you arrive at the establishment, you are asked to sit without being informed of the expected wait time. Unfortunately, appointments cannot be made, and the ventilation is poor. This results in a strong acetone odor in the air, exacerbated by all the doors being closed. Consequently, I have chosen to part ways with this nail salon and seek an alternative."

"Would not recommend. Nails crooked, not even, flat. Pedi the guy cut my feet up as I pulled my feet back for him to stop he grabbed my foot and kept scrubbing. Left with my toe bloody and scratches on my feet. Definitely not worth $107!"
