"If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience ever! My 77 yr old mother wanted to return a lace front wig that she purchased by accident. The package was unopened until the cashier opened it to say they didn’t take returns or give exchanges by law. After informing them I knew that wasn’t true, we were then told that they just don’t do returns or exchanges on wigs once you walk out with them. DO NOT BUY ANY WIGS FROM THIS STORE, UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE THAT IT’S WORTH IT. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!"
