"Only $50 for dip nails in Nashville but it really shows. Came in specifically asking for a manicure. The lady just took my old dip color off and placed a new one. No cleaning. Nails aren't even either. When I mentioned it, she just laughed."
"I sat in a pedicure chair for over a hour & the lady touched my feet maybe 15 minutes. My chair also didn’t have a liner in the tub. It was like she was rushing me out of the salon because I just wanted the Basic Pedicure. I could have given myself a more enjoyable pedicure at home. I probably will not return even though this has been my go to spot for years."
"WORST PLACE EVER!! This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I came in hoping to relax with a super deluxe pedicure. There were only two people working so they hurried through and I definitely did not get the super deluxe even though they still charged me for it. My toe is still bleeding from where they cut me and my feet are completely dried out and flaky. They wanted $70 for the worst pedicure I have ever had! Do yourself a favor and find another salon!!"
"Establishment was very nice. Greeted me when I stepped through the door. Got an overlay on my big toenails n they look so natural stylist picked out nail color she complimented me on my hair color & said she would pick a nail color 2 match my hair :-) . Only complaint I had is. I told my nail stylist to repaint a couple of toenail spots she missed. She tapped me on my foot 2 twice and said I was picky n laughed and the foot bath water had black crumbs floating it so she moved me 2 another chair with no problem. All fun tho no harm. I will definitely will be coming back. Totally worth the drive! Thanks hubby for picking out this place. I shall see how long my pedi lasts."
"Edit #2: I called and told them about the crack and they fixed it for me. They didn't charge me for the repair but they also did not get the color right. I might give them another chance, but I also may not. My original rating was five stars, then down to two, and now back up to four. It still wasn't a bad price or location and the people weren't horrible. If you are in the area anyway, give it a try. But don't expect incredible service or results. EDIT: less than two weeks after getting my nails done, they chipped. My left index finger chipped and my left thumb has cracked. This is particularly irritating because I am right handed. I usually have this type of polish last 3-4 weeks and I have NEVER had it chip getting it done anywhere else. I will not be back. This place is pretty good! It is very relaxing (nice fountain) and the technicians do a good job. Communication can be a little tricky, but she did exactly what I wanted. The price is not unreasonable (I paid $45 for the dip. I don't know how much acrylic costs, but Gel is $35, and regular polish is $20. For an extra $5 you can get a manicure, with the hand massage and all that stuff.) but I have gotten this done at a similar or better quality for a lower price before, but not in Nashville. I came alone but made some new friends--the clientele are very nice people. I will be coming back!"
