"who is the manager here? please supervise your staff. very rude staff, they don’t know how to communicate with people and are always rude. just be polite and everything will be fine. As such, I do not recommend this location"
"Save your time and money, go yo any other place if it is an option. You can expect to wait all day for nothing, staff not knowledgeable, professional or experienced enough to help you with your truck or trailer issues. Waste of time"
"Half of the shop guys just milking the clock or just sitting around on their phones. I checked in 8am at 3:35pm I'm finally in a door but they're on break so maybe another 2 hrs til someone actually touch my truck. If you have a whole day to burn I would definitely recommend this place."
"My QR valve went out just heading into Memphis and so my brakes were starting to engage. I pulled to the side of a ramp and called for service, it was about 1900 on a Friday night going into a holiday weekend. Loves gave me a 3 hour 47 minute wait time for roadside, so I wasn't mad. We waited, then I get a call from the service manager, (who accepted the repair call) at 2300, with a "Sorry, our mechanic gets off at 2200 and we won't get to you until 0800". It then took us about another 2 hours to find an actual roadside service who a. Had a mechanic on duty and b. Was willing to come. I get that staffing is hard, times are tough, people are busy. But, if you tell a driver on the side of the road that the wait time is nearly 4 hours and they agree to wait, when you know that 7pm plus 4 hours equals 11pm and your mechanic gets off at 10pm, you're incompetent. You probably shouldn't have accepted the order. Then to wait until after the eta arrival time to call us and tell us you won't be there until morning is utter idiocy. I could have called other shops that were open during that time. Instead of waiting until after 2300 to try to do so. You literally cost us 7 hours for a job that took less than 45 minutes to complete. 4 hours of wait time, another 2 hours of calling shops (@2300 on a Friday of a holiday weekend) 1 hour of on-site mechanic drive time. Now, I know common courtesy isn't so common anymore. I get that we drivers are second class citizens, but could yall try to not lie so much, that would be great. Deceptive business practices need to be a uncommon as common courtesy."
"Tire shop "manager" (not even sure if he actually is a manager) named Casey is a pure trash. He is refusing to help our driver in the shop and he is asking for cash payment to help them on the parking lot.... Be aware, this guy is trying to get a cash and charge you more in order not to wait, and if you say no, he is going to have you wait for hours and skip you when is your turn...."
