"Memphis (oldest location on Poplar) needs updating and customer friendly employees. Leaves soap on the back of my vehicle. Location on Hacks Cross is good but varies when they are open. Newest location on Poplar is the best one."

"The car wash is sub par at best. It never washes the whole car it always leave the back of the car dirty and that’s when it’s operational. For months you may drive by and it’s shut down. I’ve waited in line for 30 minutes and I was the only patron to only be told that the water pressure is low. I’ve waited before for 30 minutes + for an attendant to show up just for them to tell me the machine was down. I have now canceled my membership because it’s not worth the money. I’ve called and sent messages via Facebook to corporate but no response was ever given."

"On several occasions I have went and was not able to wash my vehicle due to it being closed. This is happening more often than not!! When I was able to go through the car wash on Friday 2/23, several of the brushes was not working inside of the wash and the job was horrible!! You increased the amount that is deducted monthly, which I did not consent to, and the service has been horrible lately!!!!"

"Buying a monthly, unlimited wash and clean memberships is one of my best decisions ever! As one who has struggled to keep my car up, Zips has made it easy for me to stay on top of maintenance! I have a RFID tag which allows me to enter the wash without having to pay each time. (The monthly fee is automatically deducted from my bank account.) Zips provides a vacuum, air hose, towel and cleaning spray. I don’t have to bring anything! Plus, I love that my membership is good at any location in the country. Thank you Zips!"

"Absolutely NEVER go here! Last week, I tried going around 1:30pm and they were closed, today I went about 10:30am (Saturday), and they were open. I wasted my money on the $30 wash. Half the brushes weren't working, the soap and wax hardly sprayed at all, my car wasn't rinsed fully and was dripping soapy water, and the blowers didn't dry my car hardly at all. What really proved it was a waste of money is in my pictures. The top sides of my car still have a film of dirt on them, as you can see with the swiped path I did to check it. The back of my car is even worse, DRY, with dirt untouched."
