"Nathan Maliszewski was a great salesman at Allen Samuel’s Hyundai. No pressure to buy anything and was totally supportive of what I wanted. I will be recommending him to others. I also want to mention this is the first time I have ever drove a Hyundai. I was so satisfied I bought a Palisade. I cannot believe it has so many options that other luxury brands do not even have. I am so impressed."

"Took a truck to have a computer reprogrammed. They lied to us over and over about when it would be done. W Couldn't get through to service department. Told us that the technicians were trying to talk to service manager to diagnose the issue. When we went a checked on it was sitting outside nothing done to it. Asked why it was outside when we went back to.pick it up and then they told us they haven't had a chance to get it. This is the absolute worst service I've ever recieved anywhere in my life. I would not recommend using this place for anything. Service manager wouldn't call us back. I would not buy a dodge of this is the service that comes with it. 3 weeks for 1 hr of work"

"I give this facility 5 stars. I had a great experience with Hyundai service. Called in for an appointment and the lady told me that they were booking out quite sometime, but I could still come in and see if they’d be able to get to me in between the scheduled appointments. Arrived at the facility I was greeted by Ms. Holly and she made the experience one to never forget. The southern hospitality friendliness and all remained throughout the service. I would like too add that Holly and the lady that works next to her I think it’s Shania handled a very irate customer very well. Although the lady was rude to them it was still yes ma’am no ma’am and very apologetic and understanding of her concern. If I’ve never felt welcomed at any other dealership for service today was most definitely the day. The facility was clean nice and friendly staff and they all were so welcoming. They offered complimentary snacks WiFi charging stations and beverages. This service was none other than amazing I will most definitely be back."

"worst ever service i have seen is Hyundai, we bought a car last year . Hyndai Tucsan, 2022. and they have looted us by getting our old car Nissan Versa 2019. the price of that car was $12000 but they got it from us only in $7000 as trade in. Even Carvana had offered us $12000 for that car. Since we got this Nissan Tucsan 2022 it was giving issue. Few days back it started jumping while driving and seems it will stop middle of the road. yesterday we gave the car to check up and ask them to fix it as its under warranty, its only 22K miles driven. And we paid off the car in a year, today we got a call from them, and they said there is a wire which needs to be replaced and it will cost us $7000. This is how they are looting people and getting your money. Never Ever go to Allaen Samuel as they have only junk of pieces cars. and once the car is sold they will never listen you as all."
