"Needed a caliper for my jeep, they had 1 of the only 2 in town. The first place, (not oreillys) I went to had me heated when I walked out. That is when i tried this store, oriellys has not been my usual stop for a long time. I walked I'm and both employees were busy with customers. When one got free he wasted no time helping me. I did not have to explain to him about my jeep having 4 million different types of brake pads and calipers at all. He asked me if I was aware of this situation. I told him the type of caliper and he had it on the counter in a few min. He even pointed me towards a buy 1 get 1 deal they had on the best damn wipers I have ever owned, unfortunately for my wife's car. So I got everything I needed at a great price with no anger issues. I took the core back a few days later and bought myself some new wipers for my jeep, the sale was over but I could careless. This was the best experience I have had a t a part store in awhile. I will be returning to this location again if only to speak to knowledgeable people. I had buying parts from kids that don't care for their job. I also made an online order a few days later, had no problem picking it up. I was in and out in 3 min max."

"Not sure about all the Oriellys, but I have been treated extremely poorly by the North highland store management. And I have had my name slandered, by the same management, this includes there District manager Norman. This man has no shame, or respect, and sees himself as a smooth operator with his female employees. It just a bad store poorly ran"
