"This is my first time EVER giving a bad google review but I would hate myself if I didn’t say something. My hair was so long and very light. We were trying to achieve a shadow root lived in blonde that I could grow out. Under Morgan myers supervision this stylist bleached my entire head processed way too long and I lost a ton of hair then brushed handfuls of dark brown color on it. Then toned it. Leaving it green, gold, black and gray all over muddy brown. The hair cut was even worse! I had long long hair now one side is two inches longer with long pieces scattered everywhere. Almost to my shoulders. To which my beautiful pony tail I wear every day is not a possibility It’s completely ruined. Would not offer a refund. Side note if you do. Run home before paying if you can she painted her salon black and you can not see. Terrible lighting and ambience. You can tell the owner lacks empathy and buisness sense. She spoke to me poorly and manipulatively. I am still shocked how you can ruin someone’s beautiful hair and then be RUDE. I will have to get extensions now bc it’s so chopped up. So upsetting and how much I was charged to look like this is truly disturbing."
