Nail Cougar responded quickly via their website and Mrs. Jackie then moved forward and provided me with a direct phone number to better assist my request/needs. She made appropriate recommendations for my 10yo and educated me on opting for press-ons instead for her age/nail beds. The day of the services, we were greeted and welcomed by friendly staff. Services were rendered in a timely manner AND services were extremely affordable. Staff were accommodating to 3 little girls in a beautiful shop. I would def recommend the services!
