"Did NOT enjoy my service. Came in for soak off, full set and gel pedi. No one gave me sample colors to look at before asking my to just pick a color. The gentleman proceeded to rip my old nails off with a nail tip. When I asked for a specific color they didn’t have it(which was fine)so he offered something similar that I didn’t like, but still never offered me the sample keychain to look through. When I settled on a color (that I had to go up to the wall to choose), I requested the whole nail be that color and the gentleman proceeds to try and add the color to the tips only. I stopped him and said I don’t what that color on the tips I want the whole nail, but since you stated the tips we can continue with a different color, still not offer the samples to look through. The gentleman shrugged me off and pointed to the wall for me to look for a color that way. The experience felt rushed from beginning to end. I did not stay for a pedicure."
