"Nail shop opened today at 10:00. Was here at 9:55, waited till they opened. Asked for a manicure and full set with a design. We were the first people in the shop, it is now 10:56 and the lady keeps stating she has more things in the back to do. No service provided to me on a day of an event, after asking for a specific design. Was told only person could accomplish the style and they wouldn’t be in for the next few hours. If you have an event and need assistance do not come here! Prior to this, Richy has been excellent the rest of the staff not so much. Save yourself the headache and time wasted"

"Sat in the pedicure chair for a hour with no service. The lady doing feet made sure to take her precious time to get to the next person. When I said I need to go get my kids cause I’ve been here for a hour she turn my jets off and said ok and walked away. Didn’t apologize for the wait or anything. I refuse to spend money here and they don’t appreciate their customers. Got here at 2 pm, it is 3 pm and I have nothing done but wet feet. Came while my kids were at school thinking I would be done in time to get them. I’m leaving with nothing done and wasted my time. Very disappointed. Even more disappointed in their lack of customer service. Pitiful. To the nail bar I go. Also the lady next to me had major fungus in her toe nails. I watched them spray the bowl with water after she was done. Used the rag her feet was on to clean the bowl. That was my last straw… no bags for the bowls AND don’t clean it properly. Gross"

"Very nice atmosphere but however the floor needed some attention, wipe down, and needed to be sweeped. My nails are on point. My pedicure tech did a great job but however she made my toe bleed but I'm satisfied!!!"

"This place sucks!!The customer service stinks!! There is no sitting area is crammed up! Only a total of 6 chairs for customers to sit and they are bunched in so close! I just left this establishment without being serviced! After waiting for almost an hour, the guy decided to skip over me and service others who just walked in! I would not recommend this nail shop! Very unprofessional, inconsiderate and uncomfortable!"
