"Discontented. Alexiua seemed a bit tetchy to work with children. stayed on a lengthy phone conversation discussing how children can’t be still. Also how mothers want their kids hair braided and don’t take care of their kids hair & come to her. So awkward, unprofessional and tacky. Styles were cute, yet basic. Not much creativity. She did not deliver the style I wanted for my daughter’s birthday. Told me my 4yr old moved too much and she couldn’t do it. The shop seems to serve lots a children. So noisy and profanity is used repeatedly. Will take my business elsewhere."
