"Writing for my mom, who has gone to Pavo 3+ times now. She likes the haircuts, but her hairdresser is always late for the appointment. This morning was the worst yet - my mom came in for an appointment, and was not on the books (despite calling Pavo directly to schedule weeks ago). The receptionist did not even greet my mom when she came in - instead she was braiding her hair in the mirror. Very disappointing service all around."
"My first haircut there was amazing, she really worked with my hair texture and was really attentive. Second haircut, not so much. The haircut was uneven and I ended up with a mullet. She was kind enough to fit me in to fix it but I ended up with a bob. Both appointments she was late."
