"Did a semi okay job on my nails, acrylic overflow is under some of my nails. I feel like they make up pricing. I was charged $50 for a basic full set first visit, (okay)…. but $45 for a basic non design fill in….?? I do not mind paying for quality, but I did not receive quality and I know for a fact I was overcharged and will not be returning due to price gauging. Good luck future guest."

"Awful experience! Stopped by here for the first time before heading to the Memphis airport. I asked for the gel pedicure. When I was about to sit down on the spa chair, the lady accidentally splashed water from the foot spa to all over my legs and shoes. They were literally soaked wet. No apology from her at all. The lady used a nail drill to shave off the previous gel on my toes entirely without using any acetone soak. My toe nails started to hurt and became way too thin from too much grinding! I should’ve walked out at this point but was hoping things would get better. She started to cut the sides of my toenails very deep. My toe nails become looking super narrow and uneven with different angles and lengths. I couldn’t believe this at that point and had to ask her to file the toe nails to even out for almost every toe but she really didn’t do much. The foot scrub was so freaking painful and no massage or warm towel wrapping at all. Just applied some greasy questionable moisturizer on my foot and that was it. A different lady did the gel polish, and she was definitely better but the shape of my toenails is so uneven. I’m gonna go back home and fix all this mess from my routine nail salon and also need to get a new pair of shoes. Oh! the price was still $64 total for this awful and painful experience! Never going back!"
