"Terrible service.. I asked for one thing and received another. The Demos they display are not the work they display. I asked for a coffin mid length with gel polish; instead, I received a pair shape bulky nail. My cuticles are cut up due to excessive drilling and my fingers are aching after the service received. After pointing out the flaws Kim tried to fix the disaster with more filing making the nails a more pair shape instead of a coffin. I Will never go back."
