"Walked in to the store about 5 young adults were at the register. Doesn’t make you feel very comfortable when two of the girls look at you, start whispering and laughing. I always thought of TN as super friendly but due to this wasn’t even in the store 5 mins. The only help I was offered was by a young man that came out of the back. Was not very welcoming, looked more like a hangout place."

"Great place for Western wear. Yet, even us city-slickers will find something of interest. There's even modern footwear, such as Hey Dude, in addition to their boots. Real leather accessories are nice too and it's not only cow leather that's available."

"One very expensive store. Jeans on the clearance rack was still 60 bucks. Had a good selection of items but you will go broke trying to afford them. It's not like the brand names they offer can't be bought somewhere else for a lot cheaper because wrangler jeans can be found anywhere pretty much. Store is well stocked and spotless inside. Like many other stores in the area they are trying to cash in on the tourist town attraction."

"Briana was Very sweet and Super kind and ready to help when I couldn't find the 2nd boot and she offered to help with no luck. Briana after being unable to find the matching boot offered a discount and shipping to send us a new pair. She went Way and beyond to help us as she was multitasking with other customers successfully. DEFINITELY will be back,Thank you for your Outstanding efforts Briana."

"Worth the stop. They have all the good stuff. Wish I could have stayed and had a hat fitted but we spent enough as it was :) . Staff was helpful and friendly. Would come back again for sure."
