"I shopped at the outlet yesterday and the gentleman that helped me was very nice and helpful. Any conversation I was having with him a rather large woman contradicted everything I said. I told of a vest I bought there last fall and she told me they never sold that vest. I thought to myself, this silly woman doesn’t want me to shop there anymore so I won’t."

"I was at this store, last week. I refuse to return to it. I walked in and was never greeted. I walked around to view the sales, tried on clothes, and grew frustrated. I looked around at the staff and they were too busy talking to one another. They made eye contact with me, but they never spoke to me. It was at this moment that I decided to take my vacation money elsewhere to spend. I had planned to purchase a new teaching wardrobe. Their loss! I walked towards the front...slowly...I was never told goodbye or anything. I left. Perhaps, they will read this and reflect on their lack of customer service. Perhaps, you will have better luck than I did. I had to give a review that reflected my experience. I am usually quite kind with my reviews. I understand when people have a bad day."

"I really like talbots. I use their clothes as my work clothes. The selection is limited but worth buying if you can find the right size. Talbots had a nice sale going and I was able to purchase several pair of very nice slacks. The sales staff is very helpful."

"Visited four times in our one-week vacation. We had such fun every single time trying on clothes with everyone running around helping us. They rescued my sunglasses I left there and did a special order from another store. Fun atmosphere and great discounts!"

"Encountered 3 different associates here and 2 of them were very rude and condescending. I tried folding a shirt and placing it back and all one of them could do is tell me how bad it was instead of thanking me for trying to help. The other one stared at my grandmother with impatience while she was having issues with the credit card reader. To many other stores to go to with nice associates, wont be back."
