"I think if you have a quality check person to inspect all cars for problems and imperfections. The should have to be approved by two quality checkers before the customer is called to pick up their vehicles. Employees do what we inspect, not what we expect."

"The first time I took my car to another Econo.The job wasn't as good as the one at Democrat.The car didn't get sanded right.I was told to take my car three weeks later to get it fixed.Then I took it and I was told that there wasn't space for my car.Then they gave me another day and they told me the same thing.The gas was $4.00 a lot of traffic and lies only.I got disappointed. I took the car to Econo at Democrat to get it repainted.Of course with the experience that I had before wasn't easy to trust, but Ms.Pam at the front desk was so nice to me and asked me to trust on her.She was right.They did a great job.I am so happy this time."

"I live in south Arkansas and I got my 2006 Chrysler town and country painted charcoal grey from a puke green at the Democrat road location about 3 years ago. I waited to post a review because it was a very good paint job but I just knew it was not gonna last. Well, my job still looks good and I work at a chemical plant that kills paint jobs. I am gonna call Monday to try to get my son's 2010 camry painted. My job on my van was $450 but they smoothed out 5 dents."

"This is my second time coming to Econo the first time they did a nice job. The second time I took my car back I had to leave it 3 times and it is still not complete they were supposed to repair the right rear fender and the front and repaint the car. I went to pick the car up the rear right fender was not repaired and the second time I went to pick the car up it had no gloss on the rear right fender. The 3rd time I went to picked it up the below pictures tell the story, the rear right fender is darker than the rest of the car the worker not sure what his name was tried to tell us he didn’t see anything wrong with the paint job smh. However the manager Pam very nice lady has told us to bring it back and in 2 weeks wait for the paint to cure and they will take care of it. There was also red paint on my white rims and you can tell where the car was not taped off good you can see where red paint is on the window trimming and my lights on the car were painted over with red paint. Workers have no pride in their work smh. Also the worker made us aware they ran out of the red that the car was painted so that is why the rear right fender looks like that but yet he didn’t see anything wrong with the car."
