"This place came highly recommended for me to get my wedding nails done. I had a dip French manicure done and the dip was far too thick. I had gotten my nails done again and needed to have the polish taken off and it was $40 for them to take the dip off my nails and gel off my toes and THEY LEFT DIP ON 5 of my nails!! This place isn’t worth the money whatsoever."

"I’ve been coming to Luxe for a couple months now and I have loved them since the first time I visited. But this past time they completely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I got my nails done and chose the ‘almond’ shape and a clear glittery color. Once I was done I wasn’t soooooo satisfied with my selection but didn’t say anything because I figured it would grow on me. I waited 24 hours and I still just didn’t like them. I called Luxe nails and they were to professional and understanding with me and even booked me an appointment during their busiest time to get me in. He changed my color and took the tips off and no cost to me. This business just earned a loyal customer. They didn’t HAVE to do that but they did. I honestly felt very embarrassed even saying anything because I didn’t want to be ‘that person’ but they were so polite and happy to help me. I will definitely be back for all future business and absolutely love Luxe nails!!"
