"I’m a mom of 3 so I don’t often treat myself to the salon. I have been here in past and had positive results and people were nice so I continue to come back when able today however was a bad day I went with new stylist and when i told sweet girl at reception her name I said her name incorrectly not on purpose one of the other stylist while working on client by the desk overheard me and started to go off on me in front of everyone saying it’s not hard to say her name it’s the name of country pop star I need to get it together before coming in that it pisses her off the stylist I booked walked up while she was going off didn’t realize it was about me and joined in I was so embarrassed especially cause my daughter was with me I suffer from social anxiety so I did not say anything back I just tried to ignore it and get thru the hair cut I have thick hair and the stylist seemed uncomfortable with layers so some of hair is chunky and not blended just the worst experience. No one should ever be treated that way"
