"I agree with Shannon! They are very rude on the phone and very passive aggressive.. dont get me wrong the sales department is absolutely amazing! Very friendly and everything goes smoothly purchasing the vehicle and you think it's all good from there until it's time to make your payments and you have to deal with their finance company! Absolutely horrible experience with them everytime I have spoken with them and then apparently they changed the policy that was pertaining to my situation starting Jan 2024 with out a notice! Very unprofessional! Get it together!"

Billing department forces you to agree to promise to pays even though you tell them you can’t and then berates you on the phone when you tell the you don’t have the full amount they forced you to agree too. These people are only nice when you walk in wanting a car, afterwards they don’t care about you at all."
